Deposits :
When you arrive at the rental location, you will be kindly asked to leave a deposit for your rental. The deposit amount will be blocked (not debited) on your payment card at pick-up time. This amount will be deducted from the authorized expense limit on your payment card.
or as an option, you can leave the deposit in cash notes with any currency that equivalent to the euro amount and we make another new option now to make it much easier for whom who doesn’t like both options is to leave the original passport in the office till the return of the vehicle. This option is only good if you will not need your passport during your stay or if you are staying in the city of hurghada and not going to another cities in the country which is necessary to have your passport with you.
What will happen if you cause damage to the vehicle during your rental?
In our experience, our renters drive quite carefully and few accidents happen. So cases of damage to the vehicle are the exception rather than the rule. But it is important to understand how we will manage the
damage if it does occur.
Damages are classified into minors, moderates and majors. We have the authority to define the damage stage which upon that will put its fine fee that varies from 100€ to 400€ on all vehicles except on Jeep-Mini van fees and Mercedes are from 200€ to 900€
The amount of deposit will be returned to your card after the close of the contract and varies from countries of card issues for the number of days to be settled back.
